Carrie prefers to be in the background providing quiet counsel to our team. Her intuitive understanding of homeowners concerns and utility business models has shaped the direction of our business.
Russell Philpott
Russell is a co-founder of Precise Building Performance LLC. He enjoys being in the field providing assessments and inspections, training our team and meeting with utility representatives. Russell has a deep understanding of residential building science and utility business models. He is a certified BPI Building Analyst and RESNET HERS Rater.
Our Team
Precise Building Performance depends on a mix of employees and sub-contractors to provide our services. Most of our sub-contractors were employees prior to starting their own businesses. We are proud of our relationship with our employees and sub-contractors. All assessments are performed to PBP’s high standards using our systems and software. Our team has certifications including BPI Building Analyst and RESNET HERS Rater.
